I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Frank Milnar for nearly a decade. Frank is a no-quit sort of fellow.  He worked to the top of teaching and grading at the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry).  Then we met, and he took a look at the Bioclear Method and decided to start a new chapter in his dentistry and his teaching.  Most would have been content with riding on past accomplishments.  Not Frank.  He committed to study the Bioclear method and go through Master Track case presentation.  Everyone starts as a beginner with the Bioclear Method and Frank was a humble listener and student.  That is a remarkable statement about his character.  I highly recommend taking coursework or mentorship from Frank.  His passion and panache are infectious.

I was so fortunate to have a mentor like Dr.Milnar throughout my AACD Accreditation journey and beyond. I first saw him at one of my AACD hands on courses and very impressed with his teaching skills, attention to detail. His commitment and passion for Dentistry is contagious. I took a couple of one on one hands on courses with him. I learned a lot about composites and technical skills in working with composites. His kindness, willingness to share his own experiences and wisdom while listening closely, are all qualities that I’ve learned from. Beyond that, as a mentor he has always tried to help me become a better version of myself rather than trying to mold me to his perspective. His constant support has been invaluable. I can count on him each and every day if I have any questions, he is always there for me.

Dr Milnar treated my black triangles with the Bioclear Matrix system. I happy to say I can finally smile big! My braces left me with the dreaded spaces but the procedure was a breeze, I felt at ease the whole process. Dr Milnar really puts all his effort into this and I’m happy with the results.

Dr. Milnar’s Elements of Composite Artistry course exceeded my expectations! He is a passionate lecturer who engages attendees with a practical and comprehensive approach to principles of composite layering. During his workshop, I gained insight into error and learned the skills for creating natural and esthetic direct restorations. Highly recommend any course taught by Dr. Milnar!
